Sole Creator & Copyright Ownership: All original literature, theoretical White Papers, taxonomies, information architecture, database designs, educational models, software frameworks, codebases, graphics, brand marks, and conceptual structures across the Worldwide Library Initiative and SESY World Ecosystem are the exclusive intellectual property and copyright of author, systems architect, and Librarian Joséf Sánchez Coach (© 1999–2026 Joséf Sánchez Coach. All Rights Reserved), except where explicit prior credit is attributed to traditional Indigenous knowledge-bearers or third-party academic licensors.
Traditional Knowledge & Indigenous Data Sovereignty: Traditional ecological knowledge, ethnobotanical science, oral epics, and ceremonial records archived within regional nodes (such as The Mayan Library and The Mexican Library) remain the sovereign, unalienable intellectual property of the origin Indigenous nations and Elders, in accordance with Articles 13 and 31 of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP). WWLI functions strictly as a protective cognitive custodian and digital sanctuary.

Any unauthorized scraping, commercial exploitation, automated AI model training without written agreement, resale, or systematic distribution of proprietary text is strictly prohibited under international copyright conventions and national law.
